About Melissa Hollatz

I am currently a fellow at Stanford University’s Distinguished Career Institute (DCI) program. Prior to that, I retired from being a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati where I practiced corporate and securities law for over 25 years, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. I focused on public and private company corporate governance, with an emphasis on technology companies.I am also deeply invested in pro bono work. I co-chaired the firm’s pro bono committee for almost a decade and sit on the board of 4 non-profits.
