Led a crackerjack team and worked with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create compelling, impactful, outcomes-focused content on innovation, UX design, government messaging, change management, and leadership.

Figuring out how to set the stage for critical, emerging technology to get into the innovative minds and empowered hands of our civil servants. Created Dcode Lead and Dcode Diagnostic curriculum to help Dcode's government clients navigate change and set the table for innovation. Scaled Dcode's Vetted for Federal Accelerate program to help critical cutting-edge tech solutions enter the federal market.

Managed all Dcode government-facing content - quickly pivoting in-person modules to virtual Instructor-Led Trainings during the pandemic. Created the Dcode Procure and Dcode Sustain courses to help government overcome procurement and adoption hurdles.

We plan, develop, and execute six unique humanitarian assistance and disaster response courses tailored for different audiences across the U.S. government, including for new staff, in DC and in the field.

Led coordination of all logistical and substantive aspects of the USAID Administrator's visit to the DRC to meet with Ebola response leadership and stakeholders.

I was placed with a branch of Botswana Red Cross, helping build their capacity to effectively provide services to clients and meet community needs with the ultimate goal of eliminating HIV/AIDS. In addition to systems strengthening and organizational development, I helped reinvigorate programs that cater to orphans and vulnerable children and people infected and affected by the disease, including a Kids Club and a club for HIV+ Teens. I managed over $15,000 in grants from the U.S. Embassy/PEPFAR to implement health and leadership camps for approximately 150 students.

I was charged with leading on a variety of special projects on behalf of the front office of the Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance Bureau (DCHA). Projects included serving on the Agency-wide Ebola Secretariat, leading change management processes, launching a $100 million private-public partnership between USAID and The Rockefeller Foundation, and managing a global outreach campaign to raise awareness for children in conflict. I also oversaw social media, internal communications and event management for the bureau with the goal of communicating policy objectives and priorities and encouraging transparency on the work USAID does on behalf of the American people.

Supported the Presidentially-appointed Assistant Administrator (AA) in leading nine line offices including the Office of US Foreign Disaster Assistance, the Office of Food for Peace and the Office of Transition Initiatives.

Coordinated the interviewing and on-boarding of new foreign service officers for the DCHA bureau. Initiated the first bureau-wide training for new DCHA employees. Worked on the Policy Program and Review and Operational Plan. Supported the PPM Director and Deputy Directors.

Worked in the Program, Policy and Management Office in the Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance at USAID.

Aided the SEC Enforcement team on a Foreign Corruption Practices Act case. Managed correspondence between the client, the firm, the SEC and the DOJ. Obtained and organized evidence for attorney and client review. Prepared for custodian interviews and future investigations. Created case-specific Concordance and CaseMap databases.

Worked with Czech students of all ages and proficiency levels to improve language skills. Managed fourteen classes of varying sizes. Planned general, young learner and business lessons to be taught in-school and in- companies. Attended developmental workshops with emphasis on presentation and management skills.

Served as the main trial paralegal in a mass tort litigation. Prepared and maintained key materials for an off-site trial. Managed multiple Microsoft Excel and Access databases. Assisted in coordination of witness files, depositions and exhibits for multi-district litigations. Trained paralegals and document clerks in file management and trial preparation.
