Starting at Fluor Engineers and Constructors in Los Angeles as a Piping Designer. Over the yeas I worked at many engineering firms and manufacturing plants as a “Job Shopper “ I designed oil refineries, coffee plants, storm water systems, large underground piping systems, fish hatcheries, chemical plants, almost all in the field. My biggest accomplishment to date was the completion of the $180MM Hills Plaza in San Francisco. This is a full city block multi-use facility, which included San Francisco's first Corporate Day Care Center. The Hills Plaza project entailed relocating a Hills Bros. Coffee plant to the old Safeway Coffee Plant on Protreo Hill in San Francisco. The 3-story Hills Bros. Instant Coffee Plant was demolished at the Plaza site. This paved the way for the buildout of the Nestle Beverage Company USA Headquarters which was 160,000 sq. ft. of office space. This was a 7-year project.In 2010-2021 sold Engineering Software for COADE, Intergraph/Hexagon and AutoCAD. Owned Golden Gate CAD for 10 years.Owner of Docupoint, LLC. in 2021. Developed a software program called Docupoint DrawingSearcher. It is a Corporate-wide Search Engine that sits inside a company's firewall.
