I coordinate the Project Managers and field technicians for incoming Emergency Services/Water claims. I collect all information for new claims and large losses. I navigate our customers through the entire process, from the emergency to the repair of their single-family home, condominium, or commercial property. I am also the point of contact for the insurance adjusters to help settle our customers claims.
