Hello my name is Melissa Ingram; I'm a 38 year old professional that has been working within the Beauty industry for the past 18 years, I am a hardworking, creative, confident professional who is completely dedicated, passionate and slightly obsessed about the beauty/skincare industry. I have progressed quickly within my field; I enjoy a challenge and have great enthusiasm for sales and training. My previous roles include Product Trainer, Area manager, Training Manager and 5* Spa Therapist. I absolutely love the industry, to me its the most exciting, diverse and rewarding industry and I have a passion for training and motivating others. So far on my journey I have worked in some beautiful places, met truly inspirational people and have been given the most amazing opportunities. I enjoy travel and meeting new and passionate people within the field, expanding my knowledge and expertise and using them to motivate and inspire others. I am proud to say that I work in the skincare industry and I'm always happy to discuss the topic, even in the middle of a supermarket (yes this happens to me) more than I dare to say.
