A thirteen year plus career in the food industry has granted me many opportunities to share in a variety of business styles. I have been privileged to work in small family-owned businesses, franchises, and even Fortune 500 corporations. Over the course of many years I’ve gained vast experiences in the arenas of Food Service Management, Food Science & Technology, Culinary Innovation for Retail Sale, and Food Manufacturing. My projects consist of detailed and involved duties stemming from initial development or creation, to production and finished goods market launches. Working hand in hand with many teams of professionals in Senior Management, Quality, Manufacturing, and Customer Service has given me a wealth of well rounded experiences in the field I enjoy the most.
