I currently serve as the Environmental Services Coordinator for the City of Goleta Public Works Department.

I worked in the Resource Recovery and Waste Management Division (RRWMD) of Public Works, Engineering Section. This section prepares all engineering and geologic plans and documents for the County's solid waste facilities, and monitors all active and closed landfills currently or previously owned by the County to ensure ongoing compliance with the many State and Federal regulations governing the environmental safety of each facility. My responsibilities include environmental assessment and regulatory compliance assurance for our sites, and budget and contract management. I worked with a talented team within RRWMD whose mission is to develop long-term solutions for a sustainable future with respect to waste reduction within our community. My work involved environmental site assessment, remediation, and compliance. This requires research, evaluation, and management of environmentally impacted sites and environmental issues relating to those sites. Data assessment and reporting, client representation, task management and project recommendations are routine aspects of this position.

My work here was focused on client representation and service for environmentally impacted sites. The focus was litigation support and multi-party site management. Site research, reporting, and data visualization were fundamental aspects of litigation support. Field and task management was also required for many of our projects.
