As Director of Billing Operations, my responsibilities are similar to that of my position as Operations Manager. However, instead of focusing on the delivery of our service to users of RevolutionEHR, I now oversee the entire Billing Operations department providing services to customers on 10 different platforms. I continue to be heavily involved in most aspects of the business, helping to grow and develop our business. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, business strategy, resource planning, staff development, marketing assistance, and day to day operations. Additionally, I continue to function as a Product Manager and play a key role in the development of our internal, proprietary software program used by all employees.

As the Operations Manager, I was involved in most aspects of the business. I worked closely with the CEO and VP of Operations to assist in developing and growing the organization. I was directly responsible for our Billing Department, focused on service delivery on RevolutionEHR, but frequently consulted on the other departments as well. Responsibilities included, but were not limited to, business strategy, resource planning, staff development, marketing assistance, and day to day operations. Additionally, I functioned as a Product Manager and played a key role in the development of our internal, proprietary software program used by all employees.

Leaning on my 12 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry and 15 years of experience in management, I helped others realize their goals to improve and grow their businesses. Through learning, understanding, and analyzing current business operations, I provided key insight into opportunities, strengths, and weaknesses. I worked with and for my clients to improve everything from administrative processes and human resource procedures to sales techniques and customer service.

I was responsible for leading and developing a multi-location practice with over $9 Million in annual revenue. My daily duties were vast and frequently changed. I ensured that the organization stayed competitive through market analysis, adjusting strategies and procedures as needed. I regularly analyzed financials, negotiating new contracts with suppliers and vendors to optimize profits. As the leader of the organization, I set the vision and goals for each practice location. When needed, I developed and implemented new policies and procedures to ensure compliance with new healthcare regulations. I was also the HIPAA Security Officer for the organization and, as such, it was my responsibility to monitor and maintain procedures to protect all PHI. All marketing and community outreach events fell under my purview, as did basic IT issues and equipment maintenance.

As the Director of Operations I played a direct role in deciding how to grow and develop the practice. I was largely responsible for analyzing the business and making adjustments in our strategies to maintain competitiveness. I assisted in creating new policies and procedures and then followed up with execution and implementation. I also continued most of my responsibilities from the Director of Insurance and Training position.

Before becoming the company's Director of Operations I was responsible for turning the Administrative team's ideas into reality. I was required to remain flexible and fluid, aiming my attention on whatever project or initiative we were focusing on as a company. Some of my many responsibilities included developing and implementing a new training policy for the company, monitoring our company's progress towards specific goals, coordinating and executing community outreach programs, contracting and credentialing with insurance plans, and maintaining Medicare compliance.

Before becoming the Director of Training and Insurance, I managed the offices in Ponte Vedra and the Roosevelt Square Mall.
