As the main project manager at the Kumamoto board of education, I specialize in the English learning projects created by the English department for all of the elementary and junior high school leveled students in the city. In this role I plan, organize and execute projects and events within the community of Kumamoto, Japan. This has made me a motivated and passionate individual in my community and I have built strong connections with the people both in and out of my professional circle to achieve these projects. I have been responsible for budgets, scheduling and coordinating cross company activities. As an assistant English language teacher (ALT) with the JET Program, I teach English to children ages 5 to 15. Using my experienced customer service skills I connected with my customers to find them the best products to fit their needs. I managed a cash till of $500 CAD and was in charge of counting, balancing and storing it in the safe every night at the end of my shift. I had all keyholder responsibilities such as: being in charge of opening and closing the shop with my own key, setting up displays, receiving product shipments and doing stock inventory. I demonstrated my dependability in this role by successfully being solely responsible for the entire store and all its assets during my shifts. Acting as customer relations I answered customer questions and complaints through telephone and email in a professional and problem solving manner.
