Served as Executive Officer for the Garrison Command Team, U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Riley. Provided staff direction and coordination Garrison-wide for special staff actions and projects for the Garrison Command Group. Exercised broad authority, independent judgment, and initiative in planning, managing, and directing the accomplishment of assigned functions.Recognized as the Garrison Ready and Resilient subject matter expert. Co-Chaired the Installation prevention team with the Garrison Commander. Focused on Networking and communication to identify efficiencies.Analyzes and interprets rules, regulations, directives, correspondence and related publications on matters of administration and keeps apprised of significant changes and developments for local impact and/or implementation. Provides staff advice, assistance and consultation in response to management inquiries concerning staff actions.Arranges and coordinates special projects for the Garrison Command Group. Develops plans and schedules to ensure that Garrison projects are managed properly and completed in a timely manner to meet command objectives.

Served as the subject matter expert for Marketing to more that 25 programs in DFMWR and throughout the installation, assisted with program analysis to build business and marketing plans for programs. Conducted marketing research through survey's, focus groups, and secondary data then analyzed the data to identify needs of the customer. Planned, organized and executed multiple events to include several concerts and festivals. Served as the Strategic planner for the directorate. Supervised seven staff members and developed individual employee development plans. Incorporated an enterprise approach to work with our internal and external partners resulting in better programming and events to our customer without the increased cost. Managed the DFMWR social media and website forums, reviewed analytics to identify future opportunities.
