As the office manager I am responsible for making the staff schedule, doing payroll, running end of month and end of year reports, and also responsible for hiring new staff members. I am the go between the staff and the doctors in our office. As the billing manager I am responsible for entering charges in the ledgers for patients and insurance providers. Also entering payments received by patients and insurance providers.
