At the present time, this job is temporary as I am working at Savills with the objective to eventually obtain a position within my field of study. Although, I really enjoy working at Savills and have build a rapport with many of my coworkers, the company does not offer a position in health and wellness. Therefore, as I continue to work as an administrative floater, I am actively searching for a position within my field.

Provided administrative support in a fast-paced hospital setting. Greeted patients and visitors, and managed extensive paperwork and electronic records, scheduled surgeries into OR scheduling system. Maintained constant communication with physician and hospital staff. Coordinate appointments, meetings, lectures and travel arrangements. Liaised with insurance companies to determine patient benefits and assist with the billing and invoicing process to ensure timely payment. Aided patients through scheduling, consultation, surgery preparation, and follow-up. Managed inventory of office, medical supplies and surgical instruments.A reputation around the office to have high ratings in surgery approvals.
