Ncoic, Division TrainingUnited States Air Force Oct 2023 - Sep 2024Ramstein Air Base, Rhineland-Palatinate, GermanyOversaw division training programs while managing skill-level upgrades and positional certification for 120 members. I develop and facilitate division training scenarios monthly, facilitate formal training for division personnel, prepare recurring program statuses, and develop action plans to address issues. My contribution to the division is creating a new training initiative. This initiative, designed for the four teams within the division, allows personnel of different expertise and responsibilities to collaborate on a practical scenario. These training events would be held in a table-top format (verbally discussing their tasks, roles, and responsibilities) or break-out sessions (hands-on application). When creating this initiative, I established the training event concept/structure and schedule, oversaw the venue reservation and scenario building, requested trainers and trainees from four teams within the division, and invited external guests to provide additional insights during execution. The continued success of these training events was formally approved and implemented as part of division training. I authored six pages outlining the continuity process, which was included in the division training plan. Finally, I was the sole/primary event planner for a five-day large-scale training course on high-interest job-related tools. I contacted two mobile training teams from the United States to visit an American Air Base in Germany. I coordinated and scheduled an off-site venue for classroom support, established a course itinerary, and managed a team of five personnel to facilitate the registration. The final event featured a diverse range of five unique courses, catering to all skill levels from beginner to advanced, with a total of 20 courses offered over the 5-day duration. This variety ensured that all 68 personnel from six organizations and two mobile training teams had something to gain from the event. -
