This is part of a broader project to create a data sharing platform called OnePort, that allows Port Authority and its customers to manage vessel bookings in and out of Australia. My role within the project has been leading the change management and implementation and managing stakeholders and engagement. Creating all corporate comms while working with the IT division on the build of the platform. This has involved regular engagement sessions, presentations with external and internal stakeholders along with training packages with educational tools. Working with agile methodologies, taking stakeholders on a journey as the in-house team builds out the product in real-time to ensure OnePort has the right functionality for all ports. Giving us the opportunity to streamline port management processes across all ports and explore the data sharing possibilities that come along with that for the Port Authority and its customers.
