-Verify and validate all mortgage and client information in a full service environment.-Providing fast and accurate credit decisions to mortgage originators.-Collect and document necessary reports on the applicant, including credit history, income, etc.Assist other underwriters with questions or concerns regarding the approval or denial of a loan application.-Negotiate, structure and evaluate mortgage applications within the defined framework of approval authority.-Prepare recommendations relating to residential loans that fall outside the defined framework limit and present them to the relevant team.-Ensure compliance with all aspects of the quality assurance program.-Stay up to date with all underwriting guidelines-Communicate with different business partners.

- Perform quality loan reviews for residential mortgage loan to assess accuracy and data integrity of the information used to support an underwriting decision. - Ensure awareness and compliance of all aspects of the Quality Assurance program. - Follow up review of audit documentation and ensure accurate Quality Assurance documentation is maintained. - Ensure all documentation provided in the loan file is complete and accurate to support overall credit decision and risk analysis. - Prepare detailed reports on audit findings. - Communicate audit review results to management and underwriter to ensure timely resolution of findings.
