- Maintained clean habitats for all subjects in the study ( colony, nursery, and experimental groups) - Fed and provided water for all subjects in study. - Provided care for all wounded/ill subjects until fully recovered, and then reincorporated them into the colony.- Assisted in maintaining records for new born chicks, transferring the birds to different areas of the study, and returning the birds to the colony after the experiment. - Assisted in data analysis during varying phases of the experiment.

- Scheduling all appointments, surgeries, nurse visits, and boarding appointments according to specific needs of both clients and hospital staff.- Answering all client communications via phone, text message, email, online scheduling services and faxes. - Filling medications prescribed by the doctor and informing clients of its availability. - Maintaining clear and concise records and uploading all incoming medical documents into patients chart.- Relaying doctors' messages to clients including laboratory results, instructions, recommendations and important questions. - Cleaning all exam rooms after use to maintain sanitary conditions for all patients. - Responsible for all invoicing/received payments via online POS system.

- Answering phones, emails, and online scheduling software inquires for appointments.- Triaging medical concerns over the phone, and scheduling appointments accordingly in order for the pet to receive the best care possible.- Assisting doctors to hold animals in a safe and humane position for exams assuring the safety of staff and pets alike. - Answering all incoming emails/faxes from Clients, Insurance companies, other medical offices/hospitals, and on staff doctors requesting client information/records.- Responsible for all invoicing/received payments via online POS system.- Responsible for evaluating and resolving all monetary discrepancies within the monthly report and relaying information to the finance department- Scheduling the reception team in order to assure a full staff on a daily basis.- Incharge of resolving all client issues before escalating to the practice manager if necessary.- Implementing new strategies and practices after monthly meetings with hospital leadership in order to provide a finer experience for both clients and staff. - Training all incoming members of the reception team to be exceptional customer service representatives and knowledgeable about the pet care field in order to provide the best/most accurate medical service.
