I had a teacher in college once tell me I was an overachiever. I took that as a compliment; I mean, I did graduate with a 4.0 in my major. I always want to do my best and make sure things are accurate and correct. I thrive in challenging environments and work well with all personalities. Team work and respect is how businesses are built and no role is too small to be a major contributor to success.I enjoy taking a role/task and running with it, finding and implementing efficiencies and collaborations with others to make the department more successful, or if already successful, making sure that it evolves or remains its best.
