I'm passionate about partnering with other leaders to implement transformation and change programs to support the execution of strategy. My approach to work is holistic, people centric and data driven. I take pride in my ability to adapt, learn fast, and quickly turn insights into actions, as well as pushing myself (and others) out of my (their) comfort zone. I'm highly collaborative, I show up in service of others, and I find most fulfillment when I know that my contribution is driving growth.
