• Reporting to the design manager• Research and identify key fashion and intimate apparel trends• Design and develop intimate apparel collections• Organise salesman samples ready for range showings• Create presentations and CAD booklets for buyers• Create instore advertising artwork• Source and select fabrics and components• Design textile print and embroidery artwork• Pattern making both manually and using Gerber• Liaise and build relationships with offshore factories, suppliers & agents• Develop foam cups and wires with suppliers• Put together tech packs and work with factories until pre production approval• Approve lap dips and print strike-offs• Adhere to the company’s critical path to ensure on time sign-offs for all garments• Attend fit sessions and maintain key standards on fit and quality• Assist with training new staff members
