As Associate Project Manager, I assisted PMs and CSDs in facilitating all stages of project lifecycle including SOWs, timeline creation, task management and client communication. My role involved coordinating the team's MLR submissions in Veeva Vault by preparing documents for submission, organizing, linking and tagging references, monitoring workflow, and attending weekly prioritization calls with clients. Overall, I ensured that assets moved efficiently through the MLR approval process. In addition, I managed and coordinated resources for projects, track monthly team expenses, generate expense reports, coordinate print production needs and provide on-site support for workshops. Another facet of my role involved scheduling talent, recording and editing audio for eLearning deliverables. I designed onboarding materials (including an extensive role-specific job aid and instructional videos) and implemented a scaffolded learning plan for others in my role using my knowledge of learning science.

I was a co-sponsor of AbingTHON, a club of over 300 students dedicated to raising funds to fight pediatric cancer. After one year of sponsoring mini-THON, I lead the charge to rebrand under a new name and initiate the inclusion of 5 additional charities, keeping the vast majority of funds raised in the Delaware Valley. In our first year after re-branding we raised over $52,000 for pediatric cancer charities in our community.

I’m a long-standing member of the district’s various technology teams and committees due to my interest in and personal classroom implementation of EdTech. I’ve attended conferences and trainings on behalf of the district and my building and have onboarded faculty through many instructional technology advancements in the past 16 years. I’ve provided training and authored blog posts in order to expose faculty to a wide array of best practices which can be facilitated by the use of EdTech. In addition, I’ve attended many EdCamps and continue to grow my knowledge base outside of district PD offerings.

For over a decade I have developed high-quality curriculum and instruction (both in-person and virtual settings) for Advanced Placement Psychology. I’m responsible for the learning of up to 150 AP Psychology students per year. I have assisted in growing our program, from its inception, to the most widely-taken AP course in the building.For 5 years I have also taught year one of the AP Capstone program, AP Seminar. As one of the original instructors chosen to teach this 2-year program, I designed the framework for the curriculum currently used to teach AP Seminar including planning lessons, creating scaffolded instructional materials and carefully crafting the pacing guide for the course. This course is unique in that it is an interdisciplinary approach to teaching students the critical skills of inquiry, evaluating multiple perspectives, analyzing arguments, synthesizing scholarly information, transmitting research findings to peers and working collaboratively with teammates.Other courses I’ve taught included AP US History, US History, World History (non-Western) and Civics and Government.

My position in Quakertown was that of the Gifted Education Teacher in the content area of Social Studies at Milford Middle School. I wrote and managed GIEPs, created and facilited a Junior Model United Nations program for 8th graders. I implemented individualized, interdisciplinary performance tasks at all three grade levels that emphasized student interests in history. These independent studies allowed students to learn research, writing, presentation and time management skills.
