About Melissa Loerke

With over 10 years of experience in leading and scaling operational teams in various sectors, I am a purpose driven leader with a passion for building community and fostering customer-centric culture. I specialize in developing organizations that excel at attracting and retaining high performance talent, build customer centric products and achieve disciplined execution through the ambiguity that comes with rapid scale.Most recently, I was a Principal Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, with the Xbox Player Services team, which provides innovative and safe gaming experiences for millions of users worldwide. I joined Microsoft in December 2021, as part of the successful acquisition of Two Hat Security, where I was the Vice President of Business and Customer Operations. I also have a keen interest in artificial intelligence and its implications for business and society.
