Intersect Communications is a boutique consultancy specialising in strategic marketing, public relations, and advertising solutions for some of Western Australia’s most notable property brands.While reporting to the company Directors, and managing a small team I worked across a diverse range of property accounts, including project builders (Summit Homes, New Choice Homes), custom luxury builders (Lorimer Homes, Switch Homes), retirement villages (Lend Lease) and turnkey solutions (Switch Development).

Reporting to the Sales Manager, worked with key accounts to develop and sell advertising and promotional strategies to maximise client ROI and brand presence using the Augusta Margaret River Times’ and West Regional Newspapers print and digital properties. Consistently surpassed sales targets by adopting a collaborative sales approach; worked to understand clients’ business objectives and created high-value opportunities to meet business needs.

Jag Films is an adventurous film company and producer of in-depth documentaries and projects for television, new media, and 3D animation.Reporting to the Owner, worked as a Production Manager. Key responsibilities include:- Marketing, promotion, and public relations, including managing the company’s website and e-newsletter, developing press kits for festival submission, and pitching stories to media about films produced, including the highly-acclaimed Spirit Stones and My Nan & The Yandi.- Coordinated film crews of up to 10 people, and scheduled and organised film shoots and events.- Designed portfolios and display material to represent the company at International film conferences, including Sunnyside of the Docs (France, 2009) and AIDC (Adelaide, 2008).- General administration, including bookkeeping, budgeting and data entry.
