I’ve held many positions in the mortgage industry from sales, processing, underwriting, marketing, management and operations and I have a combined total of about 19 years experience. During that time I've helped educate borrowers on how they can increase their credit score, in order to get the loan they needed to obtain their dream home. I am well versed in first time home buyers, FHA, USDA, VA, Conv, Jumbo and non-conforming loans. As well as I have extensive knowledge in Loan Processing, AUS, Qualifying, UW Guidelines and understanding the entire process from Application to end.
