Coach athlete groups for absent coaches.Attend weekly staff meetings and intern education.Set up workout stations before the athletes arrive.Set the gym up for morning adult groups.

At Athletic Performance Training, my role followed that of a strength coach. My responsibilities were to coach groups of athletes through a dynamic warm-up, strength training, and conditioning while actively providing the athletes with visual and auditory cues to ensure the lifts were being performed properly and safely.
