This position is responsible for managing the Human Resource initiatives related to merger and acquisition integration from the due diligence period through integration for a smooth transition related to all aspects of HR. Key Projects and Responsibilities:Project lead for recruitment and staffing approximately 65 new roles for new location in Austin, TX. Worked with management team to assist with implementation of this new office. Project lead for discovery, development, testing and implementation for automated performance management system (WingSpan by SilkRoad). Involvement in high level employee relations to include terminations, harassment and discrimination investigations and EEOC responses. Ensure effective communication at all levels of the organization for HR related initiatives. Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the performance management program to include: cascade goals, performance reviews and career development. Maintain position infrastructure by updating job requirement, job description, pay grades and competencies. Counsel and consult with managers to develop relevant training programs to align with business goals and initiatives.
