Most recent duties included but were not limited to administrative and accounting assistance for Corporate Maintenance, Special Projects, TSE, Sabine Real Estate, Boggy and Scrappin’ Valley Lodges. I was responsible for entering payroll for hourly and non-exempt employees, processing and receiving invoices in JDE accounting system and forwarding to accounts payable for payment, following up with any problem invoices to ensure vendors were paid in a prompt and efficient manner. I was solely responsible for managing and scheduling of the pool car fleet, board room, executive dining room, numerous conference rooms, as well as coordinate any special corporate-wide luncheons and/or parties in the corporate cafeteria. I worked closely with Corporate Security and the Safety and Environmental Departments. In addition I supported the Purchasing Procurement Department entering purchase orders, new vendor setup, etc. as well as processed human resource reports, calendars, employee exceptional time and payments. I was one of two first emergency responders to the corporate office in case of flooding, fire, or other emergency situations relating to the office building and coordinating maintenance employees, keeping management and office personnel informed as well as communicating and coordinating with the City of Diboll, police and fire workers.
