Senior Project Manager
Current•Manage multi-year state- and district-level contracts with multiple components and strict deadlines; create and maintain project schedules and communication with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors•Direct large-scale test development projects for a variety of subject areas; Work cooperatively with the client and project staff to develop customized test blueprints, identify and train item writers, graphic artists, content reviews, and editors. •Conduct data analyses for state- and district-level testing programs, including item analysis in the frameworks of Classical Test Theory and Item Response Theory, Rasch calibration, equating, and scaling of items, and Differential Item Functioning.•Develop and deliver professional development workshops related to item writing and assessment literacy; act as a group facilitator for workshops and review panels•Recruit, hire, train, and manage staffing resources, both locally and remotely, to fulfill project needs; manage large-scale staffing, training, and scheduling of seasonal employees•Research and develop proposals, including pricing for competitive bids
