Board Member for NAMI Gulf Coast-Duties include though not limited to:-Attend all board meetings-Represent leadership at events-Make a personal contribution-Understand and support NAMI's programs and public policies

-Provide individual and group counseling to students-Consult with campus administration and faculty regarding student mental health concerns-Develop mental health curriculum at the campus level-Provide trainings in mental health to students, parents, faculty and campus staff-Participate in the development and implementation of district wide mental health programs, such as mental health symposiums and workshops-Participate on the Threat Assessment Team at the district and campus levels-Provide crisis intervention services on the campus and district level-Support student led mental health ideas at the campus level through student clubs

• Provide individual and group counseling to children ages 10-21• Participate and Facilitate the ARD and MDR process and conduct ARD and MDR meetings• Participate in pre-referral meetings and provide psychological consults• Provide psycho-educational assessments to students referred for academic concerns• Provide psychological assessments to students who are referred for emotional and behavior concerns (i.e. emotionally disturbed and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).• Link parents with services within the community, such as parenting classes and long-term psychological services• Conduct parent and teacher conferences• Provide short-term services to students such as crisis management and behavior consultation• Participate in Response to Intervention team meetings• Provide an in-service to district staff members• Participate in monthly appraisal staff team meetings• Provide crisis counseling as needed• Conduct workshops for the school district and assigned campus concerning behavioral issues• Assist in mentoring of student LSSP and Diagnostician Interns

Duties include though not limited to:-Receive yearly training about the role of the Standardized Patient (SP) and Motivational Interviewing-Learn and enact 2 scripted role plays as "patient"-Participate in 2 annual encounters involving a scripted role play as "patient" with risk behaviors such as smoking, high stress; -Observe, rate and provide supportive feedback to student practitioners in the areas of Genetic Counseling, Orthotists, Prosthestists, and Physicians Assistants

• Provide individual, marital and family counseling to a caseload of approximately 25 clients on a weekly basis• Supply clients with resource services as needed• Provide 24 hour crisis counseling as needed• Conduct workshops on a variety of topics including parenting, child development, and grief

• Provide individual and family counseling to a caseload of approximately 18 clients on a weekly basis through the S.T.A.R. program , Adult and Juvenile Probation• Conduct in-take interviews and develop and implement treatment plans• Supply clients with resource services as needed• Provide 24 hour crisis counseling as needed• Conduct workshops on a variety of topics including parenting and child development
