Act as a working manager, providing superior leadership and excellent communication skills while demonstrating professional examples for staff to follow. Other than the primary duty of managing the department, I also function as the primary liaison between patients, clinic staff, physicians, and midlevel providers to provide excellent patient care. Analyze daily clinic operations and utilization of resources to anticipate needs and continue excellent patient care. Monitor employee performance; conduct evaluations, performance reviews and wage increases. I help employees by providing constructive feedback; facilitating relevant training or coaching.Participate in the development of budgets and assists in cost containment; ensuring staffing is within budget; evaluate department positions and recommend improvements when appropriate. Responsible for hiring and initiating the training process for all new employees; Serve as primary contact at each division location for resolving or triaging of all issues relating to facilities and grounds, patient concerns, patient confidentiality and release records, safety, security, and emergency preparedness.
