Taught English to speakers of other languages. • Increased the number of classes available for English as a Second Language class for adult• Created and implemented a new curriculum for ESOL and computer skills classes. • Incorporated various levels of technology training and skills assessments for computer knowledge • Increased class attendance through recruitment activities and keep good retention levels in each class* Presented in April 2014 on incorporating technology into the ABLE/ESOL classroom, at the Ohio Association for Adult and Continuing Education (OAACE) conference. This November I presented with a panel on differentiated reading instruction at the state TESOL conference

I plan and implement lessons. I have taught in every age group from 18 months to school agers. I have worked here intermittently during my college years.
