I have to think that most people would not go looking for problems, but I make it my passion! I take pride in being a highly analytical professional who loves critiquing, whether it be documents, transactions, business processes, or system workflow. And better yet, is liasing with team members or working independently to assess and mitigate issues in order to produce great customer satisfaction! Nothing more rewarding.My efforts to always provide quality work to ensure success, over just getting the job done, have proven beneficial when working my way from administrative roles to successful company wide implementations and roles requiring strong communication with clients.The time I took to be a caretaker to my children provided me with great responsibility and allowed me to continue to refine my time management and collaboration skills. I found it rewarding to stay active in the school community, engaging in team building and managing groups of students from 30 to 800+, while interacting with all levels of personnel.
