- Communication strategies: I design and manage comprehensive communication strategies for FEDARENE and various EU-funded projects, ensuring that all activities align with our mission of supporting sustainable energy and climate action across Europe.- Website & social media management: Oversee the development and upkeep of the FEDARENE website and social media channels, increasing visibility and engagement with key stakeholders. I also monitor performance, optimise content, and manage community interactions.- Graphic design & content creation: I produce a variety of communication materials, including publications, newsletters, reports, videos, and graphics, ensuring high-quality and impactful messaging.- Event & webinar organisation: I plan and coordinate both online and in-person events, including webinars, workshops, and large-scale conferences. This involves everything from content creation and speaker coordination to logistical management.- EU project communication: I lead communication efforts for several EU-funded projects, such as ManagEnergy, and offer senior support for Green Hysland and others. My role includes drafting communication plans, designing promotional campaigns, and managing partner relationships.- Capacity building & network engagement: I facilitate capacity-building activities and member engagement strategies for FEDARENE, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among regional energy agencies and other stakeholders.- Advocacy & member relations: I also contribute to the network’s advocacy activities and support relations with our 80+ members. This involves coordinating with the management team and contributing to the growth of the network by onboarding new members.
