Responsible for leading the Global Risk and Financial Advisory Alliances strategy, infrastructure and operations, while managing the go-to market Advisory Alliance relationship between Deloitte and ServiceNow.

As a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Global Treasury Advisory practice, I work to solve clients’ most complex financial instrument and physical market challenges by delivering risk advisory, technical accounting, quantitative, technology and operational advisory services. Specifically, my focus includes risk assessment and solution implementation for business strategies and policies, business processes, organization structure, risk modeling, management reporting and treasury, trading and risk systems. In order to do so, I help clients draw the necessary information from the capital markets, their customers, regulators and other sources, analyze the information across risk classes, and report the information to managers in an efficient but secure format to facilitate tactical and strategic decision making.In addition, I am responsible for defining, planning and executing projects related to Treasury management solutions including asset-liability management, liquidity management, cash management, funding operations, funds transfer pricing, capital management and associated management and regulatory reporting requirements. Lead and develop teams that deliver treasury and IT strategy and transformation design and implementation services to clients across the globe, while also supporting the sales process for major opportunities.

-Manage and aggressively grow a portfolio of forty multinational large corporate clients within the Global Industries space -Responsible for understanding the client’s business environments and strategies as well as competitors in the market to identify client’s needs in order to develop and execute strategic sales plans and Global Treasury Management solutions-Expand and retain existing business through frequent client meetings and discussions to promote new products as well as market and industry innovations-Support Bank of America’s strong relationship culture through on-going customer contact, call reports, quality customer service and superior product knowledge-Partner with colleagues across the enterprise to coordinate the client management process and drive business expansion-Accountable for creating and managing a sales pipeline including both new and cross-sell opportunities

-Help manage a portfolio of forty-five clients as well as support the international business development and retention efforts for the Global Industries Treasury sales team.-Supported a Treasury Sales Officer and International Business Development Officer in the prospecting, calling and sales process, serving as a primary point of contact for sales-related activities, including working with key business partners to develop solutions, creation and delivery of written proposals, sales presentations, product demonstrations and pricing reviews-Served as the Global Industry team subject matter expert for the bank-wide system conversion to CashPro Online, managing the migration of ten sales officer’s portfolio of clients and acting as the point of contact for platform questions and resource direction-Worked directly with clients as a trusted advisor administering their cash management needs; serve as a liaison between sales and other areas of the bank, including product consultants, implementation and client servicing to ensure smooth delivery of treasury solutions and a positive client experience
