• Monthly roll over of all general ledger modules• Prepare daily cash flow updates and reconciliation• Update Cashbook Daily• Prepare Weekly bank Reconciliations• Load Payments (Including payroll) onto the electronic banking system• Initiate and prepare all documentation around foreign currency requirements• Prepare all foreign payments and submit to bank• Prepare and process all relevant journals• Oversee the petty cash function• Implement and comply to all accounting policies and procedures• Resolve accounting discrepancies within the Finance department and other departments• Ensure adherence to all applicable financial legislation and regulations• Liaise with Supply Chain Management on all finance related queries• Manage Finance team of 7 when Financial Manager delegates the authority

• Preparation and Processing of all Month-end Journals•Implementing continuous financial audits to ensure effective controls and ensure compliance to the Group’s level of authority.•Reviewing capital expenditure requests and obtain necessary approval•Managing and reporting expenditure against approved Capex.•Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual financial reporting on COGNOS
