Aided in analysis of excess intra-unit transfers, resulting in reduction of $15k per month wasted spending on bed turnaround.o This department was used to model a new system-wide Transfer and Operations Center that serviced five hospitals and two free-standing EDs, totaling nearly 670 licensed beds.
