I am currently enrolled in the accelerated Early Childhood Education Diploma program at Niagara College. I am a full time educator at A Child's World, Family Child Care Services of Niagara. I was a supply educator for 11 years before achieving a full time position. I have created my personal teaching philosophy and believe that all children are equal, competent and capable learners in a stimulating and nurturing environment. I believe children learn best when challenged and learn through their own discoveries and interests. Creating a diverse environment for all the children will ensure all the children will be able to work at their own pace and overcome challenges based in their own learning styles. I have strong communication skills which will allow for a strong relationship with the children and their families. Being a part of a child's early learning years is something that has always been a passion for me and I look forward to working with each and every child that walks through my classroom doors.
