Informing them of their choices of wristbands and cards and what’s on offer for them and promoting any deals that we may have while running the till. Dealing with possible guest complaints throughout the day and handling them in a professional manner, involving team leaders and supervisors if necessary. Making sure the kiosk is cleaned and closed properly while helping the supervisor cash up at the end of the day.

Operating the rides at the Brighton Palace Pier safely and efficiently. Working in a massive team of across the busy Summer periods and ensuring that we all stay well motivated to deliver a positive experience to all guests, making sure health & safety remains the number one priority and maintaining good bonds with my team members. Making sure all handover sheets are signed and given back to supervisors at the end of the day as well as making sure each ride is closed down properly to ensure a smooth running the next day.

Staines

Overseeing the safe running of the rides within THORPE PARK Resort. Managing a team of up to 7 people and ensuring they all stay well motivated to deliver a positive experience to all guests, making sure health & safety remains the number one priority and maintaining good bonds with the hosts out on platform. Keeping on top of all legal documentation including the daily running of the ride and any faults that may arise, passing this information over to the engineering department clearly and precisely. Assisting managements with evacuations when necessary and making sure my team where confident in doing so if an emergency were to arise.

Staines

Assisting guests on and off rides, checking their restraints and reassuring their safety, managing queue lines, driving exceptional guest interaction, maintaining ride area cleanliness and health and safety.
