• Conducting measured building surveys, with meticulous 2D drafting and 3D BIM modelling• Establishing, implementing and overseeing effective systems, processes and controls• Reading and interpreting technical documentation• Producing various reports, presentations, analyses, correspondence and other documentation • Preparing floor plans, sections, elevations and BIM from Laser point clouds• 2D drafting of topographical surveys from lasers scans• Performing as a strong member of a cohesive team with strict adherence to health, safety and statutory regulations, service level agreements, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements

And

Performing all or some of the following duties in both roles with varying levels of responsibility:• Project management; applying building technology to construction• Maintaining financial budgets and deadlines• Responsible for design development, site supervision and council submission• Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments• Analysing architectural plans and drawings, highlighting any possible risk problems and making amendments using computer-aided design applications (CAD)• Specifying the appropriate technology and tools to be used in projects; advising where this requires deviation from initial design plans• Liaising with architect, surveyors, construction professionals, contractors and design professionals • Producing working drawings, floor plans, sections, schedules, layout plans, construction details, tiling layouts, ceiling layouts and plumbing layouts• Updating and revising drawings as per client request; issuing drawings to site• Performing as a strong member of a cohesive team with strict adherence to health, safety and statutory regulations, service level agreements, quality standards, governance processes and compliance requirements
