Melissa has decades of corporate law transactional experience, including all aspects of managing IPOs, capital raisings, multi-million dollar business asset and share sales and acquisitions, takeovers and reverse takeovers. Melissa also enjoys assisting listed and unlisted companies negotiate their contractual relationships and manage their legal and regulatory obligations, with specialised expertise in the areas of corporate, commercial and intellectual property law. After 12 additional years in the university sector, specialising her research on corporate law, with multiple teaching awards, Melissa has developed an exceptional technical knowledge of the intricacies of the Australian Corporations Act and Regulations and the ASX Listing Rules. She has an enviable experience in the corporate and commercial law arena which can assist client with a broad overview approach, pragmatic & accurate. Melissa is fluent in German, with a masters in law from a German university (Bielefeld), with her thesis written in adult-acquired German.
