My Role is to deliver excellent customer service and give the customer the best deal for them. Learning new technology as it is developed. Also to work efficiently and effectively in a busy environment managing my time, and handling difficult situations as they as they arise. Dealing and resolving customer compliant's where possible.

My role as a Deputy Manager is to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the business in conjunction with the manager and also in absence of the Manager. The duties of the role include focussing on delivering sales targets and showing initiative in support. Assisting in delivery and preparation of "Stepping Stones" a 13 week indiction training programme. To be able to be flexible in all job roles of the business and to be able to travel to different locations when called upon.

Full time waitress, bar maid and chef, working in a busy environment of a flu service restaurant and bar. Attending to the customer needs and to make sure that an effective and efficient service is of provided both on an individual and team basis. The role required me to adapt to the different responsibilities and standards in the back and front of house. Additionaly i took responsibility for team trainer in that position.
