Current-Oversees and manages engaging and age-appropriate recreational activities and programs for residents adhering to monthly budget for props, supplies, and materials while targeting social, physical, emotional, and spiritual state-mandated pillars to improve the quality of life of residents-Independently curates and implements dynamic social programming calendar on monthly basis composed of exercise, arts and crafts, food-based projects, and more to highlight theme days, utilizing keyword research on Pinterest and Tiktok to identify seasonal and social trends -Designed sensory stimulation cart for dementia residents, including engaging puzzles, tactile materials, and musical instruments to enhance fine motor skills, incorporating interactive activities like science experiments and creative play to foster cognitive engagement -Manages comprehensive event coordination and logistics planning, maintaining ongoing relationships with entertainment agencies to secure affordable and high-quality talent like musicians, magicians, comedians, and seasonal talent to boost patient morale and mental health-Organizes and executes wheelchair accessible transportation and group outings for residents to destinations like the PNC light show, boardwalks, and community events, ensuring inclusive, adaptive, and safe experiences; Arranges bi-monthly ASPCA pet therapy visits to residents-Analyzes 120+ patient charts daily via Point Click Care software to identify and schedule required quarterly and annual assessments, aligned with MDS compliance standards; Collaborates with multidisciplinary care team during weekly care plan conferences with residents and their families -Operates and leads monthly Resident Council audit to document and report residential complaints; Promptly resolves all issues within one week, per state regulations
