About Melissa Owens

I am a seasoned Senior HCM (HRIS) professional. I have experience with PeopleSoft, Oracle, JDE, and most recently Oracle Cloud. Currently, I am playing a key role in supporting Oracle Cloud HCM clients, focusing on Core HR and Benefits. I began my career as a functional user in the Compensation Dept, which has afforded me the true end-user experience to translate my Senior HCM (HRIS) responsibilities with. With this experience, I am able to easily translate requirements or issues between the end-user and IT development, in addition to supporting their daily needs.
