• Selected 1 of 17 (out of 90 applicants) as a traveling delegate for the fraternity, visiting 12 universities in North America• Identified each chapter’s strengths and weaknesses by assessing chapters recruitment, programming, marketing, financial status and risk management practices• Developed specific marketing, recruitment, risk management, occupancy and financial plans for each chapter• Served as the main consultant on site for a young chapter at The University of Utah in Salt Lake City• Managed international recruitment data system, recruitment preparations, and logistics at 7 universities with a total pool of over 6,000 potential new members• Delivered over 30 presentations and facilitated discussions to more than 1,000 collegians and advisors on topics such as leadership, target membership marketing, recruitment training, risk management, and philanthropy
