I am currently employed as a Front desk receptionist. My duties include checking in patients, checking out patients. This also includes verifying insurances, comfirming coverage for visit, sending messages to providers, then communicating with the patient what the doctor said,I also take payments, close cash drawers at the end of day. I have worked with various EMR systems and have experience with different computer systems. I also am trained in fufilling medical records request and know all the HIPPA regulations regarding that information. I enjoy providing customer service to high caliaber, also making sure that patient is comfortable and enjoying their office experience.

My time at Sauld my position was a Medicaid Intake Specialist; I would help clients qualify for state programs such as Medicaid, CHP+, CICP, etc. I was also trained in CBMS I would enter the information going off of state guidelines. Before this I worked as a Patient Service Representative. Through effective communication skills I am able to providing excellent customer service to Spanish and English speaking patients. Duties include screening patients to determine their qualification for federal programs as well as scheduling of these patients and also verifying insurances. Paired with these skills are my familiarity using all office equipment such as printer, copiers, scanners and fax machines, as well as my knowledge of administration and front office procedures including medical and dental make me a qualified candidate for this position
