MAJOR DUTIES:Create high quality media and marketing collateral, support material for the corporate website, assist with monthly reporting of marketing metrics, and drive improvement in commercial processes with a focus on SEO, social media, and sales enablement. Provide support to the ATS Business Model (ABM) Commercial Excellence and Marketing Group in the areas of research and maintenance of marketing assets (with specific focus on extensive visual asset library).SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:- Design and edit original pieces including motion graphic assets, videos, infographics, photos, gifs, and animations for social media and digital marketing initiatives.- Capture, convert and optimize audio and video recordings for use on the web.- Leverage analytics to determine the effectiveness of activities and make continual improvements.- Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging digital media technologies and methodologies.- Responsible for social media execution to drive strong performance.- Help with process and system improvement for effective execution of cross-collaboration projects.- Leverage strong communication skills to work with 3rd party vendors on delivering innovative media projects.- Assist in organizing, maintaining, and growing visual asset library.- Support on-going development of the corporate website.- Conduct necessary research to complete monthly marketing metrics report.- Provide support for trade shows, tours and special events as required.- Develop and deploy critical growth tools to drive impactful and measurable improvements in quality leads for ATS (Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media, etc).- Promote and facilitate ABM commercial training and coaching to sales and marketing staff throughout ATS.- Support productive kaizen events, focused on the commercial and front-end processes of the business.- Administrative duties may include: - Requisition support. - Assist in developing Sales and Marketing budgets.
