Current• Oversee the Museum's facility rentals program; attract rentals through strategic sales/marketing; annually exceed revenue goals by 10%, representing 12% of the institutional budget. • Provide strategic leadership for the Museum's highest impact events; exceeding expectations of leadership, Board, artists; consistently ensure milestones are met and budget goals are within or under budget. • Design and execute major fundraising events, including four of the Museum's signature Photo Auction and multiple galas such as Vintage and the Spirit of Australia Gala. Average revenue raised: $175,000. • Contributed to 20% attendance growth of Museum's nighttime series through creative programming design, savvy marketing tactics and cultivation of community partnerships with national nonprofit leaders like The Walker Art Center.• Established MOPA as a film destination for over 8,500 annual attendees through multi-year partnerships with the San Diego Italian Film Festival, San Diego International Jewish Film Festival, LGTBQ+ Film Festival, and KPBS GI Film Festival San Diego.• Manage and energize a team of (10) part-time event staff who support and execute over 150+ annual events including weddings, conferences, corporate functions, and multimedia theater productions. • Extensive knowledge of San Diego's nonprofit culture, fostering longstanding relationships with key stakeholders in the community and experience working diplomatically with Museum Trustees and donors.
