I initially began my business as an In-Home Personal Trainer, and expanded my services to include public speaking, online coaching/training services, and telecourses and webinars. I spoke to both women and men about taking action in their lives and learning to shape their bodies and lives through physical movement and mindset mastering.

At Town Sports International I worked with many women and men to shape their bodies through effective exercise. I built a solid clientele and was quickly promoted to a managerial position where I learned many invaluable business and social skills as well as the true value of loving your life and body. Today in my own business, I continue to build my dream of changing the lives of women and men everywhere by empowering them to shape their bodies, and essentially, shape the life of their dreams.
