It Procurement Analyst
Current•Review Contracts when invoicing questions arise and escalate as needed to the Category Owner•Collaborate with IT Sourcing team to ensure all the payments are made on time and follow terms on dual-signed agreements•Raise the bar and continuously enhance the team’s standards and abilities by contributing to process improvements and standardization•Utilize several platforms daily, including Outlook, SAP, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Excel, Lotus Notes, Peoplesoft, JIRA, an internal Asset Management system, and an internal RFE databases in order to perform day-to-day tasks•Utilize several TCodes in SAP-GUI to verify and troubleshoot information as related to accounts’ payable, vendor set-up, invoice issues, etc•Create up to multi-million dollar shopping carts in SAP-SRM•Assisted in determining requirements and performing QA testing for the migration to web databases for the internal Asset Management and RFE approval systems•Enforcing, implementing, and standardizing intake of information to meet evolving auditing standards based on new legal requirements for software and GDPR regulations, including adding it as a requirement in the development of migrated web databases•Instrumental in company transitioning to new accounting to capture SAAS classifications•Work directly with vendors to identify and resolve issues that prevent the accounts from being current•Analyze and process invoices of multi-million-dollar values for Professional Services, Hardware, and Software, including adding appropriate tax by state and county laws•Determine proper coding for hardware and software•Identify and resolve issues both internally and externally that hold up invoices getting paid for both Corporate and HIS•Create and send Order Letters and POs •Communicate and work daily with people of all levels across the organization, including the C-Suite•Ability to work with and prioritize requests from multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines
