I work at Rogers in their People and Data Science team, helping to answer any and all questions that are important to the business using HR Data and developing key business surveys (e.g., Employee Experience Survey, Exit Survey, etc.).I previously worked with the company nugget.ai for 3 years. As one of the founding members (the 5th person to join the team), I was a key part of the development of their science and product. In my last year with the business I was heavily involved in their full-time recruitment initiatives and became Head of Recruitment and Science. I have also completed my PhD at the University of Guelph. I have a passion for improving the effectiveness of recruitment and hiring methods. My PhD research centred around the presence of biases in job advertisements and the effect bias has on applicants in the recruitment process.
