I am a certified Personal Trainer and Agatsu Kettlebell Instructor at Ladies World Health and Fitness. I will support, guide, educate and motivate you to help you reach your fitness goals. I am great at adapting to each person's needs and giving them the right push to go the extra mile. I love working with women of all fitness levels. I will accommodate everyone so they get the most out of their workout and push that they need. Small group training is also available. It would be my pleasure to help you help yourself!
